Halian, from Sweden, has been engaged in the procurement of hydraulic components for 5 years. She began to purchase hydraulic cartridge valves from Ningbo last year, and was upset by the first purchase for a hydraulic cartridge relief valve. At the beginning of last year, their hydraulic power unit failed due to the blockage of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve she purchased from Ningbo. The original hydraulic cartridge relief valve manufacturer reported that the hydraulic oil was not clean, but after replacement, the old problem occurred again in 5 months. Halian thought that the manufacturing quality of the original hydraulic cartridge relief valve was not up to standard, so she contacted a new hydraulic cartridge relief valve manufacturer.

Halian found AAK in B2B and left a message: Can AAK solve the problem of hydraulic cartridge relief valve blockage? After communication, it was learned that the hydraulic cartridge relief valve she purchased from the cartridge valve manufacturer in Ningbo was easily blocked. According to the hydraulic cartridge relief valve samples from the original factory, there are damping holes, and there are elongated holes in the valve body, which are objectively easy to block. Can we remove damping holes and elongated holes? According to this idea, we fed back the plan to Halian. After 40 days, AAK sent 20 samples of hydraulic cartridge relief valves.

Last week, Halian informed us via email that AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve was installed on the equipment, and it has been 8 months since then. There is no blockage and no customer complaint. AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve removes the damping hole and slender hole in the original structure, increases the flow area, improves the flow passage port, and uses conical spring. Such hydraulic cartridge relief valve has 3 advantages: stable opening, short unloading time and small power loss.

1. AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve seat is a cylinder with one end open and one end closed, and the open end has external thread, and the closed end of the valve seat has external hexagonal head structure. Two springs and spring covers are installed in the valve seat in sequence, and the first spring is a conical spring with large end upward to ensure stable opening.

2. The upper end of the valve rod of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve is fixedly connected to the spring cover and has screws. The middle of the spring cover has a downward protruding rod-shaped body, and the second spring is sleeved on the rod-shaped body. The lower end of the valve rod has an overflow valve spool, and the lower end of the second spring is installed in the spring seat.

3. The oil replenishing valve spool with overflow valve port is set under the spring seat. There is an oil port between the oil replenishing valve spool and the spring seat. The valve rod passes through the overflow valve port. The oil replenishing valve spool and spring seat are in an integral structure. The oil replenishing valve spool has a ball sealing surface, and the overflow valve spool has a conical sealing surface.

AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve is non-clogged and has 3 advantages. You can also try it!
