2. The valve hole of the upper valve body is close to the contact surface of the upper and lower valve bodies to form a variable diameter hole section larger than the diameter of the valve hole, and a sealing ball is set in it. The sealing ball is located on the valve hole port of the lower valve body. The sealing ball and the valve hole port of the lower valve body form a sealing pair. 3. The valve hole on the lower valve body is a folded hole composed of a vertical section and a horizontal section. The lower bottom surface of the lower valve body is provided with a control hole which is connected with the vertical section of the folded hole and coincides with the axis.
The optimized hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve, when the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder rises, the piston rod lifts the sealing ball, and the valve is in the state of pressure relief. The pressure relief medium flows out from the pressure fluid inlet along the valve hole through the spring, sealing ball, and pressure oil outlet to realize pressure relief.
