On the cylinder wall in the middle of the front half valve body, 12 unloading holes are uniformly arranged along the circumference, which not only balance the force along the radial direction, but also make the valve spool flexible. At the same time, during the unloading process, it has the largest flow section to achieve super flow unloading, and its maximum instantaneous unloading flow can reach 10000lpm.
3. The liquid permeable damping hole is set. When the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve is in the unloading state, the valve spool will reciprocate in the first half of the valve body, and play a damping role on the valve spool, so that the valve spool can reach the optimal damping ratio, which can significantly improve the vibration characteristics of the valve spool in the unloading process.
