According to the drawing of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve sent by Marvin, although it is difficult for the coaxiality error to be less than 0.002mm, our engineers have the means and are willing to work overtime to deal with it. AAK treats regular customers with the green light as much as possible. After 25 days, 12 samples of hydraulic cartridge directional control valves were sent out.

There would be no cases that the coaxiality error is 0.004mm for one moment, the fitting clearance between valve hole and valve spool is 0.002mm for another moment. There would not be the case that the fitting clearance between valve hole and valve spool, is big or small.

Technically, the machining process of the valve hole of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve adopts 6 procedures, including drilling, rough boring, semi fine boring, fine boring, reaming and honing. Most cartridge valve manufacturers do not have semi fine boring procedure, and only 5 procedures.
2. On the equipment, the valve hole is processed by the horizontal machining center imported from Japan, which is mainly used for military products processing. At the same time, diamond reamers are equipped for reaming to ensure the surface roughness, cylindricity and roundness error of the valve hole. These precision parameters are controllable and stable.
3. In terms of detection, the improved CMM is used to check, and the coaxiality error is strictly controlled within 0.002mm.
