6 Proofing Can Not Solve the Horn Hole, but AAK Hydraulic Flow Valve Has already been Solved Successfully

Maarten, a Dutch hydraulic valve customer, had an order for a batch of hydraulic flow valves some time ago and gave it to a hydraulic valve manufacturer in Ningbo. After 6 proofing, the hydraulic flow valve samples failed test for all 6 times, for either leakage or pollutants outside the cartridge valve are easy to enter the valve spool. After many communications with the maker, the problems still could not be effectively solved. His customer complained to his boss. The boss asked Maarten to give an effective solution within a week. Battered, he had no clue and could only aimlessly look for a new hydraulic valve manufacturer.

While constantly checking with other hydraulic valve manufacturers, Maarten also continued to find some similar cases on the Internet. Occasionally, he saw an article about "horn hole" from AAK hydraulic valve on Google. After careful reading, he found that it was very similar to the problems he encountered, so he contacted us online with a try attitude and continued to ask about some of the problems he encountered at present.

Hydraulic flow valve, a kind of cartridge valve, will have the phenomenon of "horn hole" after being used for a period of time, which is a common problem of cartridge valve. The root cause is the processing bottleneck of the cartridge valve combination hole. The processing coaxiality of the cavity hole diameter of these threaded cartridge valve combination holes is 0.03-0.05mm. At the same time, there are machined trace at the transition R angle, resulting in leakage during use. What's more troublesome is that it is easy to cause pollutants outside the cartridge valve to enter the valve spool with the hydraulic oil, causing the whole hydraulic system to strike. Many hydraulic valve manufacturers are used to the domestic market. These "horn holes" have little impact on some mechanical equipment. Therefore, many hydraulic valve manufacturers have not tackled this technical barrier.

AAK has been one step ahead of its peers in the process of cavity hole processing of cartridge valve combination hole. It is programmed by automatic programming software, which replaces the manual programming commonly used by peers. The geometric tolerance of cartridge valve cavity hole has been further improved. The cartridge valve can be processed after automatically generating cavity hole. When semi finishing the cavity hole, the first counter bore is directly machined and no further machining is required, so the geometric tolerance of the cartridge valve cavity hole is improved again. The geometric tolerance of each hole of cartridge valve cavity must be controlled within 0.02mm, which is a hard index. At the same time, each transition angle between the small holes of the cartridge valve is replaced by a small fillet to transition from the common R angle of peers, so as to completely avoid the phenomenon of "horn hole". By optimizing the processing parameters of cartridge hole and upgrading the processing technology of cartridge valve cavity hole, AAK hydraulic valve eliminates the phenomenon of "horn hole" in processing and improves the processing accuracy of cartridge hole.

7 days later, we received the hydraulic flow valve samples from other manufacturers sent by Maarten. After further testing, we found that the leakage problem was really caused by the "horn hole" phenomenon. After sending back the test results to Maarten, we received the product drawings and usage scenario descriptions sent by Maarten the next day. He asked us to make three hydraulic flow valve samples for his customers to test.

Maarten asked us to prepare materials 15 days after the hydraulic flow valve samples were sent. His customers were very satisfied with our samples and wanted to try an order for 500 hydraulic flow valves. Maarten privately informed that the boss was also very happy that he could quickly and effectively solve the problem of the order of hydraulic flow valve. He was more and more confident in the purchase of hydraulic valve.

AAK hydraulic valve, no leakage, no horn hole, waiting for you to try an order.
