DESCRIPTION
The E-TS12-36 is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve which CAN be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is proportional to the input electrical current.
OPERATION
The E-TS12-36 allows the oil to flow from ② to ① until the pressure at ① is equal to the predetermined setting of the coil current. The oil port ③ is mainly connected to the oil storage tank. If the external load causes the pressure at ① to exceed the set value, the oil will flow from ① to ③. Minimum pressure at ① without current is 100 psi. If the external circuit allows the pressure at ② to drop below the pressure at ①, the valve allows the fluid to flow freely from ① to ②, regardless of the valve setting or the current in the coil.

Max. Tank Pressure: oil port 3: 68.9 bar (1000 psi) NOTE: the tank pressure is additive to regulated pressure.

A: 6.9 - 207 bar (100 - 3000 psi)
B: 6.9 - 172 bar (100 - 2500 psi)
C: 6.9 - 138 bar (100 - 2000 psi)
Max. Pilot Flow: 0.49 lpm (0.12 gpm) NOTE: with maximum control current and with inlet pressure of 276 bar (4000 psi) NOTE: at regulated flow 3.8 lmp (1 gpm)
Channel: free flow 1 to 3 when the coil is de-energized; decompression condition: 2 to 1 when the coil is nergized; overflow condition: 1 to 3 when the coil is energized.
Hysteresis: ＜3%
Temperature: - 40℃ ~ + 120℃ (Standard Buna N seals)
Fluids: Mineral based or synthetic hydraulic fluid with lubricating properties at viscosities of 7.4 to 420 cSt (50 to 2000 ssu)
