DESCRIPTION
A screw-in, cartridge style, variable orifice, hydraulic flow restrictor valve.
OPERATION
The E-NV12-20 valve increases its orifice size from fully closed to fully open with counter-clockwise adjustment rotation.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Working Pressure: 240 bar (3500 psi)
Flow Rating: When fully opened for 4.5 turns and with a nominal pressure difference of 7 bar (100 psi), the flow rate is 113.6 lpm (30 gpm)
Adjustment torque: At a pressure of 7 bar (100 psi), the required torque is 0.17 Nm (1.5 lb in); At a pressure of 207 bar (3000 psi), the required torque is 16.9 Nm (150 lb in)
Maximum Internal Leakage: 0.15 ml/min (3 drops/min) at Shut off.
Temperature Range: - 40 ~ +120 °C (with Buna N seals)
Fluids: Mineral based or synthetic hydraulic fluid with lubricating properties
Fluid viscosity range: 7.4 to 420 cSt (50 to 2000 ssu)
