AAK HYDRAULIC VALVE strictly controls the fit clearance between the valve spool and the inner hole of the valve sleeve. For hydraulic valves with valve diameter less than 20 mm, most of the hydraulic valve manufacturers have a fit clearance between 8 μ m and 20 μ m, and we can achieve 8 μ M-14 μ m, our deviation standard is 30% smaller than that of other hydraulic valve manufacturers. The fit clearance between the valve spool and the inner hole of the valve sleeve is very important in the whole hydraulic system. At present, many hydraulic valve manufacturers have no such consciousness. In pursuit of profit, nearly 90% of the hydraulic valve manufacturers try to reduce working procedures in order to speed up the production. The fit clearance is too large or too small, they do not care very much, as long as it can be assembled, the goods can be shipped. However, if the fit clearance is too large, the valve spool will skew in the valve sleeve, which makes the valve spool easy to be stuck; if the fit clearance is too small, the friction resistance will increase, and the valve spool will not move smoothly. Therefore, the fit clearance between the valve spool and the inner hole of the valve sleeve affects the normal use of the hydraulic valve seriously.
In discussing the problem of the fit clearance between the valve spool and the inner hole of the valve sleeve, the most impressive one in my mind was a Portuguese customer who just asked only some tentative questions and some data from us at the beginning. To my surprise, about 1 week later, he sent a very long email. It turned out that he had a batch of hydraulic valves, because of the improper fit clearance between the valve spool and the inner hole of the valve sleeve, nearly 30% of the products were unsalable. His original hydraulic valve manufacturer had limited technical level and unfriendly service, was not able to give a solution even after the problem came out for two weeks, so he came to us for help.
We suggested that it is better to send hydraulic valve samples to us for analysis. Half a month later, we received the hydraulic valve samples sent by him. After testing, it was found that on the hydraulic valves with diameter less than 20 mm, the fit clearance between the valve spool and the inner hole of the valve sleeve fluctuated, some is 24 μ m, some is 15 μ m and some is 8 μ M. Obviously, the fit clearance accuracy was seriously insufficient, and the product accuracy was insufficient. Our standard acceptable range is 8-15 μ m, that is to say, our deviation standard is over 30% smaller than his original hydraulic valve manufacturer.
Half a year later, this customer sent an email asking if we still have the hydraulic valve samples he sent last time and asked us to make proofs according to his samples first, and he will send an official order in 3 days. He told us that because of trust and admiration for our professional control to the fit clearance, there is no need for him to hesitate any more to place the order with AAK.
AAK HYDRAULIC VALVE is very strict to the precision control. On the control of fit clearance, if the fit clearance is too small, we will grind the valve spool, whereas if the fit clearance is too large, we will re-match the valve spool, sometimes we will use our own patent electroplating process to increase the valve diameter, until the fit clearance debugged within the range of the standard. Presently, nearly 90% of our peers will not do like this or are not able to do so.
