The heat treatment process is carried out under vacuum, including quenching, annealing, tempering, carburizing and nitriding. This heat treatment process has 3 advantages:
1. When heated under vacuum, the metal elements will not be oxidized, decarburized or carburized, the surface finish will be improved by at least 30%, and the strength of steel parts will also be improved, making them more wear-resistant.
2. Under vacuum heating, the hydrogen in the metal is rapidly reduced to the minimum, eliminating hydrogen embrittlement, improving the plasticity, toughness and fatigue strength of steel, and the overall mechanical properties of the components are more conducive to the life of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve.
3. The furnace is heated by thermal radiation, the temperature difference between inside and outside is small, and the quenching under vacuum ensures that the hardness of each element is consistent, which is also conducive to the service life of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve.
