Vladilen is from Russia. Recently, he was heartbroken by a hydraulic directional control valve that is to be used in chemical engineering and needs to be corrosion-resistant for over 1 year. AAK does not adhere to conventional material selection, replacing traditional carbon steel with stainless steel, and has skilled processing of stainless steel, achieving an accuracy of within 2μm, helping Vladilen received a big order finally.
At the beginning of this year, a hydraulic system used in a chemical plant required a hydraulic directional control valve, and anti-corrosion for more than 1 year was a challenge. Vladilen asked more than 10 hydraulic directional control valve manufacturers, but none of them were not able to meet the requirement of chemical anti-corrosion for 1 year.
Vladilen left a message on the AAK hydraulic valve website: Can AAK produce hydraulic directional control valves for use in chemical plants that are corrosion-resistant for more than 1 year? I told him that stainless steel needs to be used to replace traditional carbon steel in the production of valve bodies, but the difficulty of cutting stainless steel is high, the cutting temperature is high, and the tool life is short. Not only is efficiency low, but the surface accuracy of the valve cage is also a major obstacle. Most hydraulic valve manufacturers in China may consider using stainless steel to produce valve bodies, but they cannot master the processing efficiency and accuracy and have to give up. Our suggestion may have given Vladilen hope, he directly requested AAK to make samples. After 50 days, AAK sent out 30 samples of hydraulic directional control valves with stainless steel valve bodies.
Last week, Vladilen placed his first order for 500 hydraulic directional control valves. Their engineers are very satisfied with the accuracy of AAK samples, especially the valve hole accuracy not exceeding 2μm. The better news is that AAK hydraulic directional control valves have been recognized by their testing and can withstand corrosion for more than 1 year.
AAK hydraulic directional control valve used in chemical plants can be corrosion-resistant for more than 1 year, due to 3 advantages:
1. For the material selection, we dare to use the most difficult to cut stainless steel to produce valve bodies. This is the most solid barrier for corrosion prevention for more than 1 year.
2. The processing of stainless steel materials uses Baker reamers imported from Germany, made of high cobalt steel material, with sharp and smooth edges, smooth hole walls, and an accuracy of within 2μm.
3. Equipped with DC-507 semi synthetic cutting fluid, its special cooling performance easily reduces cutting heat, and its lubricity, permeability, and rust resistance are the most suitable for stainless steel cutting needs, while also protecting the tool.
AAK hydraulic directional control valve, used in chemical plants and corrosion-resistant for more than 1 year, you can also try it out!
