1. In the inner chamber of the hydraulic counterbalance valve spool, the boss for axial limit is machined. The piston slides in the second chamber. The rear end of the piston is equipped with a one-way throttling device (the first damper and the second steel ball).
2. The main valve spring adopts multiple spring structures with different stiffness, and the chute on the cone side of the valve spool can control more accurately and sensitively to prevent the load from stalling.
3. The second steel ball is placed in the third chamber of the piston and matched with the valve port of the first damper. The rear end of the screw plug is provided with a damper, which has two damping links. The utility model reduces the system pressure, reduces vibration, is beneficial to stability, and is durable.
